This week is focusing on planning and keeping yourself accountable. Many times we say we want to try something new or achieve things by a timeline but we sometimes go adrift.
Why is this? Without a clear focus our mind can wander. Clear goals and planning are key for success as it gives you a focal point for all energy.
It’s okay to have off days but try to stick as closely as you can to your target. By setting daily goals it might help the bigger result seem more obtainable.
Don’t be afraid of failure. We courageous and take chances. And most of all believe in yourself.
