As we near the end of January many of us will be starting to feel worried we haven’t stuck to our post Christmas goals. It’s time to reload and reset.
How are you going to be accountable for making sure you do what you set out for? Tell a friend, family member or colleague what you want to achieve so they can help you stick at it.
Focus on discipline rather than motivation, not everyday you will feel motivated to achieve the goal, but showing up and keeping disciplined will maintain a steady pace. Ask yourself where you want to be next week, next month. Small steps achieve big results.
Tip 1 – write down your goals and stick it up somewhere you can see it daily.
Tip 2 – make a promise to yourself and others that this is your year to make the changes in your life.
Tip 3 – don’t quit. If you have set backs, pick up from where you left off. You’ll feel better inside for seeing it through.
Big goals or small goals. It’s about the steps you take to get there. Keep going. I believe in you.
